Agreement
By accessing circlegame.win or playing Circlegame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Circlegame is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Use of the game
You may play the game in a browser for personal entertainment. You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the game or its source without written permission;
- embed the game in another site, app or frame without prior written consent;
- reverse engineer for the purpose of creating a substantially similar product;
- use automated systems to generate artificial traffic or interfere with the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the game online, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice, and we are not liable for downtime.
Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, overload its infrastructure, or use it for anything unlawful. Advertising fraud, scripted traffic and any attempt to manipulate ad impressions are strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property
The game code, visual design, text, logos and the "Circlegame" name are owned by the site operator. Third-party game names mentioned on our pages belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
Advertising & third parties
The site is free because it is ad-supported. Ads are served by Google and its partners, who may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
Disclaimer
The game and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, circlegame.win and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including locally stored high scores) arising from use of the site or the game.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
